You know what I haven't done in forever?

Made dinner for small group.

Guess what?

I finally got to last night... at least prep dinner...

It's ready to be cooked

and hopefully, it will look like the Pioneer Woman's.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake.

I am so excited about this dish, 

however, I'm a little mad at myself

for not making a separate dish

with no tomatoes

for those less inclined to tomato eating...
