Let's just say that there was a kayak in the middle of the theater and Troy climbed on in and began rowing (with one oar and backwards). He began to talk about a lovely day on the Black Warrior River, eating a picnic with his family, and rowing in a kayak. However, rowing backwards and with one oar is only going to achieve backwards circles... which in the rowing world is bad. Troy then began to speak about getting into ruts as Christians and allowing the world to just pass us by as we live our lives... to get to Heaven. Do we just live for 70 years doing nothing, waiting for Heaven to come along? Probably not. God wants us to follow Him, yes, but also through that He wants us to disciple to others and lead them into ministry as well. What good is it to "lead someone to Christ" if you aren't going to help them grow in Christ as well?

- as OAKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, for God's glory.
- to BUILD UP, RAISE UP, REPAIR
- as PRIESTS OF THE LORD
- as MINISTERS OF OUR GOD
As Christians, we are supposed to do a couple of things for the Lord.
- Live for God's Glory.
- Help grow the Kingdom.
So, do yourself a favor and row like a champ.
